Elevate Your Above-Grade Pool Standards

For the modern world, and current construction, you need an elevated pool design that is also modern. Ditch conventional concrete construction and choose a better pool vessel – one that is custom-made, tailored to your project, lighter, less of a mess during construction, and even “green.” Stainless-steel is ideal for elevated pool/spa applications, has a wide variety of interior finishes and additional design features, and will complement your facility. Read on to see how to elevate your above-grade pool standards...

If you had to choose blindly between a material that was heavier, messier, and less eco-friendly and one that was lighter, cleaner and easier during construction, and even recyclable, it would be a no-brainer. Simply put, that is the choice you can make between standard concrete construction and a stainless-steel pool vessel. Concrete is heavy, messy, and the delays during construction can be a real headache as you have to wait for ideal conditions and cure times. Stainless-steel is far lighter, the vessel itself requires no messy mixing or bags, and there is no magical weather or temperature needed for installation. Stainless-steel is made from recycled steel and is also recyclable itself – making your entire pool vessel a green product, and eco-friendly.

RenoSys designed our SummitSeries™ stainless-steel pool vessel to be at the forefront of the elevated pool market. SummitSeries is fabricated at our own large metal fabrication facility and can be either pre-assembled or assembled on site. The shape, interior finish, and design features are entirely up to the project design and the vision of the clients. From mosaic tile, to a natural stainless-steel finish, to a watertight PVC membrane that adds yet another layer or leak-free protection, the interior is versatile. Design features like waterfalls and the increasingly popular negative edge (also called the infinity edge) can add drama and impress visitors and pool guests.

SummitSeries is TIG-welded and is pressure- and static-tested to ensure full leak-free reliability. With an elevated pool, as with any pool, performance is everything; however, with water above residences and offices in many cases, there is little room for error and we ensure that our SummitSeries vessel is watertight. For those facilities wishing to add an additional (and literal) layer of protection, the RenoSys PVC 60 mil pool liner is an excellent option. The PVC pool liner is crafted from 60 mil thick PVC that fully lines the SummitSeries vessel and creates a durable, thick layer of watertight additional insurance.
